Ricardo R. Pesquera

Ricardo R. Pesquera is an experienced, highly qualified personal injury and criminal defense attorney. For the past sixteen (16) years he has successfully represented numerous clients both in State and Federal Courts across the mainland and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The experience he gained from working as a senior law clerk for United States District Court Judge Carmen Cerezo and later as a federal prosecutor in Puerto Rico and Florida enables him to provide an effective, aggressive and highly competent representation.

Mr. Pesquera, who was awarded an AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, is also deeply involved with the Hispanic community and belongs to numerous associations. He is a former Director and Past President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, Past-President of the Hispanic Bar Association in Central Florida and former Secretary of the Federal Bar Association, Orlando Chapter.
